It could easily be answered there. Or go ask ChatGPT who you can ask and get answers for every random question you feel like asking.
In short, it's almost always some sort of news event, earnings reports or announcement like CPI index or Fed Rates.

The problem with asking chatgpt is that it's information is only accurate up to the year 2021.

This is inaccurate, the mainstream models: Llama, Claude, Falcon and ChatGPT4 all are using dynamic modeling or RAG augmentation to be up to date. The days of static, closed domain models is coming to an end.
