"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Do you think this motor-mouth chick has just been pumped & dumped so many times by Chad that she'll never be a good wife?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

This incel rage bait is not real life, any woman who is willing to go on social media to air out her grievances about dating like this is a redflag most women don't do this except for red flags.

Men need to focus on the women they want or are healthy instead of the ones they don't

I'd argue that anybody going on social media to air grievances about anything is purposely distorting things to get more clicks and likes and attention.

Social media is a filter that only shows the most entertaining outliers of society.

Totally agree, unfortunately a lot of men and incels lack experince and discernment, so many young guys falling for this Psuedo Red Pill 2024 crap which isn't what RP was even 10 years ago it now has turned into a joke, you can thank Andrew Tate for turning it into a caricature

The vast majority of female daters do not post videos like this one. As men, we only tend to see dating experience related videos from a very small percentage of the overall market.

I watched her content and listened to what she had to say.

She has definitely ridden the penis carousel likely with top tier men (aka Chads). I have no doubt that she has a notch count above 10. She is likely a higher notch count woman.

There will still be enough men interest in her. There is a surplus of men out there. There are plenty of betas with limited options who will be interested in her and would even commit to her long term. These might not be men that she likes too much.

It is also likely that she has swiped left on a lot of decent men.

She likely won't be that good of a wife but it is unlikely that she is in my dating pool.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Women in instagram will post similar stuff in updates, just lesser effort than making a YouTube video, but I believe the trend is there.

I’d be delighted to find a social circle (less than 30yo) that doesn’t use social media in related ways in this day and age.

Nah... The Red Pill has been an unintentional self-parody, from the moment we

-Started mistaking a popcorn movie from the late 90s as a road map for life

-Believing that reality isn't messy and complicated, but as cut and dry as "Everything on this side of the room(Red Pill)is The Irrefutable Word Of God. Everything on that side of the room(Blue Pill)is all fiction and outright lies"

You've just described almost the entirety of The Men's Rights Movement's leadership*. Not surprisingly, they sputtered out just as quickly as The Arab Spring and Occupy Wall Street

*Worth noting that advocacy around men's issues wasn't always this pathetically anemic. In the not all too distant past, we had highly formidable folks speaking and writing on these subjects
