"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Jeanie Buss is a 62 year old woman who is one of the co-owners of the Los Angeles Lakers professional basketball team. She and her siblings inherited the team as a result of her father's death in 2013. Her father (Jerry Buss) owned 66% of the Los Angeles Lakers from 1979-2013.

Jeanie never had kids. She had one short marriage end in a divorce and a 15+ year non-marital relationship. Other than those relationships, she had a lot of shorter term relationships/interactions and married a famous comedian & actor last year.

She also worked many hours, describing one period of her life when she worked 14+ hour days most days for 4 years straight.

She posed for Playboy as a 33 year old woman in 1995.

Other than being wealthy and dating famous people, Jeanie Buss is a Baby Boomer woman who has acted like a typical Millennial woman. She has been promiscuous and career oriented, which sounds like a lot of Millennial women today. She made extra money from getting naked, like Millennial women now do on OnlyFans. Jeanie Buss is the future for a lot of Millennial women.

Fresh & Fit tends to have younger 304s on the program and Michael Sartain/Rollo do episodes with sometimes 30 something 304s. This is a more exclusive, more in-depth version of a Fresh & Fit or Sartain/Rollo episode and it covers a wider range of topics.

I recommend watching clips from her interview with Graham Bensinger.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

She's got a good plastic surgeon.
Yes, she does.

I also found her selection of clothing for this interview to be interesting.

She wore an open blouse in which she is drawing attention to her chest/breasts. That's a 304 clothing selection. Also, in prior generations, 55+ year old women used to dress with more class and modesty.

She's doing her best with a workout regime for grandma bods.
Boobs a saggin' but it's still better than implant scars.

A breast lift would be the solution for that. A lot of middle class or upper middle class or higher women in their 40s+ could benefit from a breast lift.

Jeanie was somewhat ahead of her time in education. She does have a bachelor's degree in business from University of Southern California. It was still more challenging to get a bachelor's degree in the early 1980s than post 1990 when the bachelor's degree got noticeably watered down.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
