Now, Mode X is about to be in effect today, and I am anxious to apply it.

I haven't cold approached a chick in over a year, which is why my adrenaline is still pumping after some recent events of today...let me break down what happened...

So, I am at the gym, and today is arms/back today.

I am over at the dumbbells area, doing my Hammer Curls.

There is this slim, athletic, young white woman on the Chest Press machine, which is located behind the dumbbell area.

He got her attention (as she sat on the chest press machine), and asked her to spot him.

His request was both surprising to my ears, and also to her.

She was surprised and somewhat hesitant, but he convinced her to spot him and she reluctantly did.

It was obvious that she did not want to do it, and when she stepped up to spot him she looked in my direction and gave a "what is up with this guy" look.

So when he finished his set, dude surprised me again. He introduced himself to her and asked her name.

She told him her name.

The dude took it like a man and walked away, from her...although he remained in the same vicinity.

When he walked off, I stepped up and said..

Me: If he can't get it, can I?

Her (laughing): Ummm.

Then dude suddenly walked off and left the vicinity.

Me: Alright, he is gone now. Let me get it now.

Her: Ok. What is your name.

Me: My name is X. Your name?

Her: My name is Melanie.

Long story short, I got the number and I am about to go Mode X on her. I am about to make my first text to her a sexual advance.
