It's unlikely any randomly selected escort has HIV. Then even if a condom were to break with an HIV-positive escort, there's still no guarantee I'd get HIV. I looked it up. The odds of getting HIV from a one-time unprotected exposure are, at most, 2%.

So we're talking 2% of 0.36%

I found a study from the NIH where they estimate the HIV prevalence in female sex workers. The average estimate is 17% (various studies have produced various estimates, ranging from 0.3% to 32%).

Even if we use the high estimate of 32%, with a 2% HIV risk from a single uncovered exposure, the odds of getting HIV if a condom breaks with an HIV-positive escort are 0.64% (Still a lot lower than the odds of getting a younger escort pregnant from a broken condom)
