This is true. Childless women get a lot of attention from men.

From 18-29, during their peak desirability years, they get attention from everyone using every method.

It depends on the age. If we're talking about 25-54 year old women (typical child bearing and child raising years for married women), then this could be true. A childless 35 year old woman has a lifestyle with freedom, whereas as a married 35 year woman likely has 2 children under 6-7 years old. The childless 35 year old woman has more time to go to the gym and be physically fit.

It’s funny, I can get hot girls in late 20s, and decent looking ones in early 40s. I cannot get any girl in her 30s.

You should know better than trust some random pop-psychology study. Yes, old single women without kids are the happiest people alive. Their happiness can be measured by the number of cats they own.
