Yeah. I won't watch. I wish I hadn't wasted almost three hours watching that trash.Kind of bitter sweet.Gonna miss this franchise .Should be interesting to see what they do going forward

I have been watching allot of James Bond movies this year, both on a projector and occulus quest vr so I had enough home cinema experience with this franchise. Dont really have that much of an itch to scratch with the latest movie and will probably wait until its standard rental cost or on a streamer. Like the holidays/new years vibe to watching it for the first time anyway rather than pay $25 for a view now.

I would say Goldeneye is, if that counts as modern day. Casino Royale, upon my 3rd watching, wasn't as good as I remembered. Craig just isn't very good, he's too serious and tryhard, and he has no wit or charm, and doesn't give off playboy vibes. He has self-identifiedas as a feminist, too.
