There is a lot of truth to that. One of my friends got married in 2017. My friend is a 6'0" guy in good shape. Since the wedding, she's packed on the pounds. She now has a spare tire in her midsection. They haven't even had kids yet and she's already looking as she does. Unimpressive. He has stayed in shape. No difference from the 2017 wedding.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
