I actually have a date in 2 and a half hours with a chick I met on Tinder......will be the 2nd time we go out (If she doesn't flake).

I've been on there for a little over 3 weeks. Seems typical of other sites,really.

This chick I have a date with,she cancelled on me last week.....3 hours before the date was supposed to take place. Another woman,who I messaged and spoke with on Tuesday,we were going to try and set something up for today,but I didn't hear anything back from her......til an hour ago,where she said she'd have to take a rain check on tonight. Then I got a message on Cupid bout an hour ago from a chick,about how she liked my profile....how she thought it was funny. I just put a bunch of foolishness on there,anything to stand out and not blend in with everyone else.

She says she mostly swipes left but the ones who she did match with they all message first saying "hey beautiful" or some other corny pick up line. We played a game where we messed with the people we matched so i swiped right and EVERY TIME it was a match. Match. Match. Insane. Funny enough i met her on tinder and i said what made me stand out and she said i was fun to talk to. I came across like a **** head who was very sexual so i guess ****y funny works.

There is a different side of coin you are not considering. Sure, women get hundredths of matches daily, but, most of those matches self eliminated themselves by having bad or no text game. Try good pix (good pix) and good text game, and if you going for a date without phone call don't complain you getting a lot of flakes.

Buddy, online, doesn't matter if you have good pix and good text game and you spoke to her on the phone, you are replacable, for her you are just another picture - she does not have an emotional connection with you, yet! She can flake if it feels right to her.

P.S. - okey you changed your profile gender and got tons of matches, but you perceiving it like a man. She is not going to go to a ton of dates. Doesn't it make sense to you she will pick a guy with best picture, best text game, and surprise suprise, someone who has balls to use phone as a phone instead of sms device.

That's funny - I hadn't seen that before, but I suspected it must be about 9:1 based just on behaviour and the number of matches I get when switching gender.

Out of 100 users, 90 are men. Of the 10 women, 9 are probably instagram attention whoares, men changing their gender just to see what's really going on, bots or some other kind of fake profiles. So I think that the percentage of women actually looking to hook up is a tiny percentage of the profiles on there.

Most men on those apps are desperate, lame or boring. If you are afraid of competing against that then I'm not sure what to say. Some people are built for the competition and get excited by it and some people are scared of competition and run away from it. Same reason why some are wildly successful in their careers or sports or any other aspect of life. You are constantly competing against others. Embrace it.

It is so easy to stand out in a positive way on those apps/dating sites and looks is only part of it.

Yeah, I heard about that and it doesn't surprise me at all that women would outnumber men on a site based on obtaining resources (which is what they want) rather than a site supposedly based on sex.

You can almost always tease out something unique or interesting from, if not the bio, one of her pictures, IG, Spotify, job or education title. Comment on a pic of her eating or drinking something. Perhaps a location her pic is at. E.g., a beach maybe ask her if she was in Hawaii. One girl I matched with was a physics student. I happened to be reading ‘The Theory of Everything’. So I opened with that. Another girl posted her ‘art’ on her IG so I commented on that.

I've dabbled on this site for a couple years. Yes you can bang for free(well everything has a cost) if you look good and have game. Yes there are all sorts of girls on there wanting various things.
