It's more about the principle of paying that much for something I'm used to using a free coupon I get every month as a benefit for GeekSquad tech support. Eventually this will be on standard rates and I could apply a coupon to watch it for free for only a few month wait. Eventually it will be in a streaming service but it won't be until much later in the next year (but seeing that service itself costs $20/mo - but I whether or not I subscribe depends on my financial situation at the time. I've determined that my financial situation is such that a $ 30 cost can be absorbed and I'm not feeling like I'm stealing anything by paying to rent. The reason I paid the rental in the first place was I was borderline going to torrent or use a VPN to subscribe to HBO-Max in Canada, or talk to my American relatives and use a free trial VPM. However, to shut myself up from all that I paid the rental as a deal to keep all that quiet. In fact, if I do any of your suggested actions now, I'll just open the movie that I rented rather than try to steal and watch it for free. I've alienated with my own cousin who watches movies for free because of this policy. But I've always (post-2014) either rented (normally using that free Geek-squad coupon), purchased or borrowed (a third-party library paid for it so that free is okay).Lookatu said:

For you to suggest either of those movies are boring, which have high critical ratings and user ratings, means that you are way below my level and lack the intellectual capacity to process and enjoy these movies. There is no discussion here. I've looked at all sorts of what you'd call 'boring' movies both with and without hot actresses simply there was something about it that clicked with me.
