"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

You don't need a Life-coach or self-help guru. Things you can master in 50 days.
  • Do not chase anyone.
  • Do not beg anything from anyone.
  • Know your worth.
  • Leave space for people that matter.
  • Accept what you cannot change.
  • Change what you can that you do not like.
  • Respect yourself.
This will set you up for next year.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Excellent list. If more men would focus on themselves and put themselves first, they would find the dating world to be much easier and reap benefits. Its all a byproduct of working on yourself.

Too many people want to stay stagnant and expect results.

Truth!

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Everyone has to take a first step. How do you eat an elephant? One bit at a time. If after you fix yourself you decide to go MGTOW, that's your choice. But if you want decent chicks in your life, you have to fix your mindset.
I was referring to the point "Do not chase anyone". An initial chase is essential, otherwise a man is left with whatever hypergamic whales want him.

Nice.

Regarding women, I would just add: women do not care about you, they care about what you can DO for them.

Otherwise great list.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Let me be clear, I am not suggesting you should not go after women PLURAL. But you should not chase A WOMAN, singular. Chasing a particular chick does not work. I can see where that statement might be misconstrued.

All of that can be cured by one action and one action only - Pursue your purpose.

You will be too busy to chase.
You will be too fulfilled to beg.
You will automatically have a sense of self worth.
You will give value to those who deserve it.
You will let go of things you cannot control and spend all your will on things you can.
Your "will" would be at an all time high level.
You will automatically have self respect....because you are giving value to yourself everyday by pursuing your purpose.

I can go on....

Your vibe and presence would be transparent.
Your maximum charm would be expressed.
Your presence would be respected by all.
Your presence would be appreciated because you give off a vibe of high value.
You would experience zero internal state friction because you are taking care of your responsibilities.
You would not know what the hell anxiety is.
You would have a strong sense of sovereignty that will cause you to love hearing yourself talk.
You will command attention.
You will start to lead others.
You will expand your sphere of influence.
You will manifest abundance and success.
You will become your own eco-system.
You will cause others to want to be part of your eco-system.
You will have very little problems in life.
You will begin to change the world around you. Change first starts form within.
You will be able to unite your dreams with your reality.

Earth is a realm. We live in the realm of will.

Using all your will to pursue your purpose is the only action worth anything in life.

"1000 philosophies does not equal to 1 purposeful action" -Buddha.
@stormrider I would like to see your take on how a man can identify his purpose. I think many men would benefit from that.

There is soooo much talk in the manosphere about pursuing your purpose, but little to no information on how to actually identify and find it, except vague statements like "go out into the world and try things!".
Some say it needs to be something meaningful and involve helping others, some say creating a family is meaningful enough.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I can tell you one idea of a deceased man's purpose was, while he was still alive.

'To be a good friend'

That's it.

It shone through his most recent girlfriend, brother and nephews' eulogy speech at the zoom youtube video I watched.

I saw that purpose of his back in 1994 when I first dated him.
And it was obvious he kept to his purpose these decades later.
Much respect to his imprint.

Seems too simple though, doesn't it? Too abstract because it doesn't refer to running a business or raising a family right?

But that was his purpose in life.

'To be a good friend'
He worked hard at that, my word.

Purpose is what you declare it to be and what you do most often over your lifetime.
Your purpose is what you repeat and work on the most; that gives you the greatest satisfaction.

Your purpose will be what people at your funeral will speak of with the most awe and reverance and emotion in their voices and your purpose will be revealed as the common characteristic all people will speak of you as a common theme when you've passed away.
