She ended up at her best friends house for a "movie sleepover night" . where there were others but she said that she ended up holding hands with him and cuddling with him, and that it felt nice. She didn't know what to say and didn't even really plan on telling her boyfriend. Her concern was more or less not knowing what to do in terms of leaving her bf and pursuing her friend or not

I felt a bit angered by this notion as I feel really upset when I think about how many people don't care for fidelity and it seems like cheating is so common. I feel like we have rewarded bad behavior for women and nowadays being a slut is almost cool. It's like the cool guys are the ones who are rebels and do bad things or sell drugs or have lots of ladies. and now the cool girls are the girls who are sluts or who know how to play a guys heart while sleeping with his friends or something. Sadly, women rappers like Cardi B and Meghan the Stallion are creating this type of energy. I have a friend who says she feels so empowered by their music, and the girl is like a pretty basic girl who almost lacks any sexual energy which makes it ironic.

This is typical female behavior. She does whatever she wants based on how she feels in the moment, with no regard for loyalty or morality and no concern for anyone else. Then she uses passive language to talk about it as if it's something that happened to her rather than something that she did.

Worrying about this type of thing is a complete waste of time and energy, not to mention it will actually sabotage your results with women. Girls will do almost anything as long as you can keep things fun and remove the fear of judgment or negative social repercussions. This isn't because of Cardi B or Meghan the Stallion (or Madonna or Marilyn Monroe or whoever came before). It has always been this way. In the past there might have been more social barriers and mitigating factors, but the nature was the same and those behaviors still found ways to express themselves.
