"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Aren't those also the states with the highest property tax rates and income tax rates where people and businesses are fleeing because housing is skyrocketing and there are legions of homeless people wandering the streets.....???.....

Didnt CA tax their residents for a high speed rail train that never materialized....?????... Which was one of many outrages taxes imposed on the citizens to subsidize pet projects that dont even benefit the citizens....????....

PS::: Didnt CA also pass AB5 which hurts Uber/Lyft drivers, makeup artists, set technicians and pretty much all private contractors working in Hollywood in an attempt to get more payroll tax revenue.....????....
My spidey senses tell me that's kinda leftist......
No, those are just talking points. Have you ever been to New York? It’s so “bad for business” that there is new construction on every street corner.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

It's so bad for business that Amazon pulled out of a deal to build their HQ2 there.....

......and sadly, New York has lost the 25,000 HQ2 jobs that would have helped struggling communities..... yet another example of how socialism will always keep poor people poor and rich people rich....

This is sad. You actually believe New York is “socialist” and economically depressed. You really need to travel more.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Why would you want to reduce inflation?

You listed the most prosperous states that are home to Silicon Valley, Wall Street, Hollywood, Gold Coasts, Amazon / Microsoft / Boeing HQ, and the Pharmaceutical capital of the world... and you think they’re socialist?
Yea.

Every time our overvalued us stock markets go down, our central bank rushes in with a new brilliant plan to prop it all back up. They cut rates to zero, then started buying crappy corporate junk bonds that no one else wants. Just this past week the fed said they will start buying individual bonds directly from corporations. They are forbidden by statute from buying stocks, but I could see that law being changed. The government has the funny money printing press on overdrive. They could just keep buying assets until they own everything.
Then you are going to see a zombie economy like japan.

You must have some alternative definition to socialism.
It's pretty funny that anyone who says healthcare is a human right is dubbed a socialist, but no one is objecting to the fed buying massive amounts of corporate balance sheets, as if government ownership of private industry isn't socialism.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Inflation favours debtors, deflation favours creditors and this happens both in micro and macro economy.

In my opinion a certain degree of inflation is necessary especially when its old retired people who owns their own house and have access to healthcare to be the main holder of liquidity.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
