Mobile devices are the latest type of threat because they are very insidious. When you watch TV using a Tablet in your bed, it's easy to get bored and then go into a porn site/escort site, under your bed sheets, especially if it's a decent sized Tablet-screen, hold the thing up near your chest to get a good view of the images and then find something. Even the smartphone is a threat. I lay on my side to put oil in my ears to unclog the wax, and put on youtube to watch something. Got bored and flipped the smartphone to look at Muslim woman in Burkas (fully clothed) with their legs and a$$ exposed in a lewd manner. The Muslim women because they cover themselves to the extent they do make themselves look too sexy because you don't have to see their face and it's like putting a paper-bag over a lady that has a hot body, except this is the Muslim religion that I have nothing to do with.

You see the problem is I keep getting hooked in my mind with this taboo sort of stuff. Who would look up Burkas as a premise to looking at porn on a smartphone while cleaning their ears? Today is May 1st. A new commitment against porn is now in place until October. The ideal goal is not to view any escort pics within this time and to avoid fapping in day-time. Restricted movies involving lesbian kissing or other depicted sexual acts is also on the list. Normally in the past such a commitment occurred on April 15th, but I added an extra 2 weeks because there were some adult-r rated movies I wanted to view (i.e. "Battle of the Sexes, 2017, Carol, 2015, First Reformed (2017), The Favorite (2018), Never Look Away (2018), Cold War (2018), Obsession (2009), Klute (1971), Tu Mama Tambien (2002)), Under the Skin (2013) and one last movie Precious (2009), still really want to view Disobedient (2017), Lobster (2015), Serenity (2019), Sunshine Cleaning (2008), Private School (1983), 9 1/2 weeks (1986), maybe the rest of the TV-series GLOW, but I'm discouraging myself from viewing any further of these types of "enabling" movies.

The thing with R-rated movies of high-caliber (i.e. they won oscars, or have a high critical rating, but have nudity or some sexual content within the narrative of the story which gives them such a rating), is some of them are just great. However, I hate to view two men kissing and avoid such movies like the plauge, but like seeing two hot straight women kiss on screen??? I even checked out if Rachel Weiss was gay (i.e. she is the actress in The Favorite, depicting a lover of Queen Anne, and also a Jewish lover of a married woman in Disobedient, and I'm like, why is this actress doing these things....almost like Jennifer Lawrence drifting from Hunger Games to go in movies like Mother! No porn was looked at. In fact no escort pics was looked at since May 1st. This happened out of the blue and was a very vivid imagery.

The point of this thread is to get away from escort pics, aka, porn, which I have successfully done since the beginning of this month.

Come to think of it, this is a good fap control strategy. If I know that fapping will cause a tension headache later in the day which may be so bad that I might end up embarrassing myself then that's a social control to discourage fapping. Another effect I found when I was fapping to a civvie lady is that my jaws would lock and I can't open my mouth without excruciating pain until the "click" back into place. This usually happens on occasion when I fap to women that I may have met or dealt with, but are not pros. When I fap to escort pics/pros/or have an escort-fantasy there has never been a case of a lock-jaw. The headaches is a serious enough effect that it might discourage fapping in the future.
