This is a fantastic breakdown as to approach anxiety, male self-consciousness, and female hypergamy.
I am a fan of RMG, Rich, and Rollo but, IMHO, they have a blind spot by dismissing RSD, Peterson, religion or the following as Hocus-Pocus. I found Rollo annoying during the collaboration with Elliot Hulse essentially dismissing his work under the sane pretense.
Herein lies male self-conscious. So this ancient story goes, a woman is sold a bill of goods by the serpent, that being, eating of the fruit will make you like God knowing good and evil. Following eating of this fruit, it is said, "their eyes were opened." It goes onto describe shame and being self conscious. Moreover, this is redundancy for Adam who feels this for a second time. You eat of a fruit, as if one could take action of some sort, and your eyes are opened.
What few recognized is that, Adam was already made to feel self conscious following Eve's emphasis on "being like God."
These stories are ancient and yet, it us the portrayal of female hypergamy which is probably as old as time. Its indicative of female nature. Its The reason why patriarchal societies existed. The counterbalance to hypergamy is younger women. Its nonexistent in the world today.
Options and the fear of loss is the reversal of female hypergamy. Its why Julian drama and indifference, alpha behavior, game etc counter women monkey branching.
Its just comical that the story of man and woman includes female nature, hypergamy, and the inherent discontent due to male burden of performance. In this case, Adams shortcomings being not God.
