That’s why I put italics around nice guy. Genuine nice guys don’t fall into that category. I think a guy could be decent and not be a doormat and can express boundaries. These are the guys who don’t consistently end up getting burned by women.
Yes there are women who absolutely make up excuses for dating aholes. Like I said there are women who chase guys like that, we all know this.

This is where the problem is... accountability, responsibility. Agency. If they admitted even to themselves that they are actually agents in their own lives and not just "acted on" by other forces, their free cards would crumble. They wouldn't be able to do things like pretending to be shocked when their male "friend"/orbiter or a guy who takes them on a date shows romantic interest, or passing off the hot arousing guys as "mistakes" or "@ssholes" who they and their friends dated before it was time to settle down.

I treat my women good but I'm going to fvck them like a champ. I don't believe in doing a bunch of extra for someone who wouldn't do it for me. I don't think that makes me a "nice" guy. Theres a bunch of folks who only think of themselves, and I really don't want to do anything for them. Men including women. Good deeds don't go unpunished for those types.
