I see it everywhere, this mythical top 20% aka Chad who gets all the women. Let's break down what the online community believes are these men
- 6'0+ tall (which narrows it down to around only 30% of men)
- 8/10 facial aesthetics (which narrows it down to maybe 20% men who even have the bone structure to look that good if they do everything perfectly)
- 8-12% body fat (which narrows it down to say 5% of 20% of 30%. Very few guys are truly lean and in shape)
- some guy with a high status job who makes 150-200K a year (which narrows it down to 0.5% of 5% of 20% of 30%)
Seriously guys, if you believe this fukking nonsense, you're just devaluing yourself in the market place. The honest reality of the situation is that, if you're a decent looking guy, you take care of yourself, you dress nice and you're in good shape and you make say 80K a year and you have all your sh*t together and you're genuinely a good person who treats people well...you're in the top 10% of the market place easily and I mean easily
This is the equivalent of women who look at Victoria Secret models and think they have to be that skinny/gorgeous in the face to be attractive. The more we keep telling ourselves that we are doomed unless we are perfect, the more we devalue ourselves and destroy our mindset before we even start
