in this specific case, how it would be received by her is irrelevant, because blocking her means you never need to worry about her opinion again unless you're gonna go immediately hit up her best friend.
if you're at the point where you need to block a girl, you're far past worrying about winning petty games with her imo

Blocking... If it is over, and I mean truly over FOREVER, then what is wrong with blocking her? Who cares what she may or may not think about you.
Your main objective should be, getting over this chick as quickly as possible.. If that means blocking her ass, then go ahead and DO IT.
Its not about winning or losing.. Its about moving on & learning from past mistakes!
