“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Not saying that at all. Even if Cruise is starting to look older, do you really think he can't get laid? But at some point there is going to be some fall off. I'm sure there is a wide variation from individual to individual as to when that occurs, due to genetic factors, lifestyle, how well you take care of yourself, etc. But I've noticed for a lot of men that point seems to come not at 50, but rather somewhere in the mid 50s.

As an example of variation, I recall Atom Smasher saying that he looked about 35 when he was actually 57. Says he has a baby face. I think I look fairly young for my age, but wow I've developed some aches and pains, mainly in my joints. One shoulder, one knee, and now both elbows give me trouble intermittently. But I'm happy to deal with that rather than something like cancer, lupus, diabetes, or coronary artery disease.
I myself have been finding it difficult to do, without stopping, European red (in between American black & blue) ski piste runs for the 1400 meter drops that I used to do with ease. And my usual 10 km vertical days seem to be out of reach now. And don't get me started on having to have at least 1, and possibly 2 or more, days of rest before being able to hit the slopes again. Still, I see folks half my age always stopping due to exhaustion at every couple hundred meter drops. And walking 3 km a day seems to be getting rough; I just had to lay off it for a week for my calves to stop hurting when I walk.

Rotating constant 9s in their mid-20s in your 40s is no easy feat.
The way I rate, it would be impossible. I don't believe in 10s, and I can count on one hand the number of women I'd consider rating a 9. I rate the vast majority of hot women a 7. Cute girls get a 6. If their really special, they get an 8. 9s are almost otherworldy. And the ones I've known were all spoiled because they were beacons for male attention. I probably rate too harshly, but that's the way I rate. My theory is if they're not buried in male attention, they're not really 9s.

The men who don't tend to their physicality in their 40s and 50s are generally banging unattractive or older women, the mothers of the women I engage, not my cup of tea.
For sure, that's a definite caveat: Older guys have to take care of themselves in order to remain attractive. More so than younger guys.

And walking 3 km a day seems to be getting rough; I just had to lay off it for a week for my calves to stop hurting when I walk.
It definitely gets harder as you get older. In fact, I'm not really impressed at all when guys in their 20s are in good shape. I've always said in your 20s, your body is like a Ferrari and responds quickly to what you demand of it. Back when I was that age, I would throw myself into exercising with hormonal rage lol, it was almost like I couldn't stop myself. Now I have to make a conscious effort to do it.
