"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I'm newly liberated, heart crushed and rose from the ashes a new man. I've spent several weeks digesting all of the Rational male books as well as the DJ bible.

My question is in regards to the women showing mixed signals / low interests. I know what Im suppose to do, I'm suppose to walk away. However, why is it that I feel bad in doing so? I have other plates, I can find others to take their place. But for some reason, I feel that if I just stop replying or if I intentionally ignore for several days, that I'm doing some sort of injustice. Is this a normal phase of the transition from blue pill to red?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Because it takes years to strengthen yourself emotionally. Basically the reason you feel bad is because you're insecure. You doubt yourself and so you take rejection personally instead of what it really is, which is incompatibility. The more you get rejected, the less it will bother you. Focus on you first, then other plates. If you're happy with yourself, there's not a woman (or man) in the world who can fvck with your head.

There is a critical resource that you possess. But you have a limited amount of it. It is your time. A woman who is giving you mixed signals or low interest is a waste of your time, which is, in essence, your life.

Respect yourself. Respect your time and your life. If you don’t, that is the real “injustice”. And a woman who doesn’t respect you or your time is doing an injustice to you.
