“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Not gonna lie. For 10 kg (22 lbs), you look pretty much the same. The first one, you aren’t flexing and the second one you are. Try clean bulking. And mix in some cardio.

Noticeble definition change over the month. Keep it up with maybe a mini cut over a month once you start to feel too heavy. Obviously keep up your protein intake and workout during the cut to reduce muscle loss.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

If I'm not mistaken, you are able to grow 1 Kg of muscle ever 2 weeks if you do every thing right (sleep, work out, food) which means you can grow about 2 Kg of muscle every month under optimal circumstances. So if you did gain 10 Kg in a month, I'm afraid 8 of those are fat in the best scenario.

That’s about right for newbie gains only (your first 20 lbs or so of muscle). Once you become even an intermediate lifter, it’s incredibly slow to add further muscle mass without the use of drugs.
