As most of you probably know I had a argument with a plate and she blocked me on Facebook and I'm getting the silent treatment.... Sadly that was my last plate lol.. I've refrained from messaging her and continuing to do so.. anyone got any tips to help me through this till she reaches out??

That's the 2nd problem I already sent a few messages which made me look beta as all hell.. im only blocked on Facebook she has my mobile number..and I know if I message her again I am fkn history lol

No contact is when you are intentionally initiating the lack of contact for some higher purpose, or because she ruined your relationship and you want to get over her. If the girl blocks you, that's her telling you to f*ck off and die in a fire for all she cares.

Treat her as if she's zero interest, because that's the most likely result from her doing that. Move on to the next girl, if you don't have any options you need to cultivate some.

I'm in the same boat at the moment - lack of options - and you can't do anything until you have some. Not even worth thinking about the chick that's blocked you unless you enjoy wasting your time.

Also I wish guys would stop knocking each other's self esteem on here. I know it's often an attempt to be helpful, but there are far too many posters telling people "You look like s***, LOL" lately. Dude's not bad looking in that old photo, he just needs gym work.

Look at the title of this thread, this is basically a frame problem. If a girl's not talking to you, you shouldn't give a s***, much less have it be "killing you".

Some girl blocked you, and you're sat here worrying and stressing about it. This is the worst thing you could possibly be doing. Even just not thinking about it is an improvement over sitting around worrying about it.

I don't give a f***, I don't even give them a moment's thought (which is why I keep forgetting to delete them!) Go by what's actually happening in the present, and base your decisions on that. In the present, she is not contacting you and has blocked you. So, in the present, she doesn't want anything to do with you.

No one can predict whether or not she will contact you in the future but it's doesn't matter because you don't live in the future, so don't waste your time pondering over what ifs.

Assume that it's over and move on. With time it will be less of an issue and meeting other girls/ seeing friends/ doing other things you enjoy is how you take the sting out of this. If, after this, she does reach out, believe me you will be in a better place to know how to interact with her, if you even want to at that point.
