It's crazy how much better a man looks when he becomes lean and muscular vs chubby

- your face looks much much better. A very lean (say 9-10% bodyfat) male face looks rugged and masculine and signals health/high testosterone vs a chunky face

- your face looks better as a result of a thicker neck - this is a little known fact but a thick neck makes your face look much more handsome

- your complexion looks a lot better - eating healthy is 1 thing but working out hard stimulates blood flow/collagen/etc...

It's true that being leaner does make your face look more handsome though. When I was chubby I never felt good looking, once I cut enough to get a really defined jaw and cheekbones I looked a whole world better.

the first picture is far away, second picture is up close - hence the difference in headsize.

you can tell he has good jaw/chin genetics in the first picture, he is just fat. I was 245 lbs in high school and I'm 190 now. My transformation is more extreme than that. I had a double chin and now I have a very strong jawline and prominent chin

Agreed! I think a good bodyfat percentage to aim for is 12-14%. When you get too lean, some tend to look skeletony. Also, as you get older and your skin thins out, it tends to be less attractive. Good comparison though for how the same person can look dramatically different when they focus on it.

10 is good, although it depends on your features

I have heavily masculine features/wide jawline/thicker skin/strong chin so low body fat percentage looks good on me. If you have fine features/narrow chin, etc... you may be better off at 12%

This is very true, Ive worked out non stop for 2 years now, Im 240lb 6'2

I now turn down the 6's, that i used to have to work hard to get, once in a blue moon! they worship me its great

I cant say i get 10's , tbh i dont go out much recently my daughters been stopping, i go and practice my mindset on the women in the shops so im sharp

My damn fluctuates so damn much, I was 170 now I am 207. And I look chubby ish now and I hate it. Once I lose females attention starts pouring in, I just built to be lean and muscular.
