Drinking less beer, hitting the gym more plus working and studying enough to get a better social position would be a good guess.

Not that I deny that Op may have a point, attraction is mostly subconscious and showing to belong to a better genetical stock Im sure plays a good role.

I still remember a day a girl entered a room looking for the manager, there were 5 of us and she approaced the taller and manlier one and asked him if he was the manager...she took for granted that the fittest man was the one in charge.

How do you know your elite? Not saying you aren’t but Most likely if you haven’t dated a hot 8/10 or better by age 25 odds are you are not elite.

Women don't submit to anyone they have luke warm feelings or attraction for.

They usually can see through guys who fake high value because those guys typically go out of their way to puff up their chests like I'm the man. You know, the braggers, the guy who puts down his buddies in front of girls to make himself look good, the bullies etc.

Truly high value dominant men don't need to advertise that. They know they have high value so don't need to do passive aggressive things like try to show that to everyone. They tend to be generally positive towards everyone because they do not feel threatened by others and learned that being nice and positive opens more doors then being unpleasant.

Some of the nicest guys I know are naturally dominant types who treat everyone with respect and are laid back guys. However way they became dominant and high value, it wasn't by having a poor attitude and bullying people or being an a**hole.

I think it would be hard for someone with a p** poor attitude towards women and life to successfully transition to a genuine high value man without an attitude adjustment. It would be like expecting a entitled self obsessed spoiled girl to become a decent loyal kind girlfriend.

Attitude is the foundation from which to build any kind of value, for men and women.

My ex two years ago in her prime was a legit 9/10. She threw herself at me and ended up sleeping with me on the first night. At the time i met her i did not even have a job. I managed to string her along for two years while i ****ed around on her.
