I've been posting some threads about my social skills and coming over as creepy/needy.

I always fapped every 7 days. Became horny as **** after only two days (hitting the gym hard and taking zinc supplements raised my testosterone levels fast).

I have no problems with those 7 days. But what I discovered is the day after, I'm much more relaxed at talking, I talk more normal and not forced and conversations with woman are actually more fun.

Not looking for an excuse to fap more, like I said I have no problem with waiting. But if it negatively affects my interactions, I must rethink this. For your information I don't watch porn whatsoever.

Noticed the same thing. But if I’m back to fapping regularly then that goes away and I just get more anxious.

Long stints don't suit everyone. I did 14 days a couple of months ago and was just completely on edge at the end.

I noticed the benefit of just cutting down though. Think most healthy guys will maintain decent enough T levels on a once a week habit. Even every few days should be fine, so long as it's not a chronic problem.

Not convinced it's natural or even healthy to go months and months on end anyway.

I agree. Its better to just keep it to once or twice a week if your not getting laid. Another bad thing about NoFap is that when you do finally get laid, you will blow your load to quickly.

There is nothing worse than blowing it too quickly. That's why if I feel extra h0rney and am getting ready to see a ch|ck who I am pretty sure or positive I am going to fvck, I will fap earlier in the same day before. 4-6-8 hours I estimate I will b@ng her. Then there ain't gonna be no minute man. I dont do this every time, just at times I have a feeling like I might blow it fast. You can tell when that is. I can anyway.

After about four days or so without getting off, something in my body chemistry changes, testosterone perhaps, and I become a lot more aggressive with everyone. I am much more prone to getting into an argument or fight, which is negative, but also a lot more aggressive in approaching women, albeit with declining standards, I'm sure.

You need to go for a good few months before you can start talking about the so-called negative effects of nofap.:D

Fap when you feel like fapping. If you're not using it as a way of making yourself feel better when you feel bad, it cannot get addictive. Fapping when you're feeling OK or good, nothing wrong with that, just human sexual urges.

From now on, overly aggressive posters will be required to fap a minimum of 5 times per week. No exceptions.
My theory is that highly frequent fappers are more prone to whining on the internet about stuff and taking things personally. Instead of taking action and listening to the advice of those who know better, they'll resort to crying and rationalizing to themselves and others. Over-fapping depletes your energy, patience, and open-mindedness. It's usually obvious both in person and on the internet who the chronic fappers are. They're the ones who don't take initiative, are awkward, and take offense to just about everything.

I prefer the aggressive posters who have their faps in control.

On another note, I'd say that once every 2 to 7 days (you pick depending on how your body best balances itself) is healthy if you're not bangin' plates at the moment.

i realised the more I respect other person the harder is it for me to escalate.

meaning, If I meet with someone who cant say single interesting thing, or some fatty, then it will be easy escalating.


but if I have perfect date even with nofap I am all like hurshhh I shouldnt do that




I also reset nofap after 1-2 weeks always. is it worth it to keep it for a month? usually after 2 weeks i HAVE to do this

That means that you have too much energy that you gotta use it on to tire yourself out. Then you’ll be more relaxed because that’ll be all you’ll want to do—relax.
