"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Curious what this forum thinks.

Friend of a friend gives me a number of a girl. I text her ‘hi how are you, etc, etc.’ thinking of doing the usual coffee date. Then I’m thinking screw coffee, I had 2 tickets to a hockey game next day and invited her over text without seeing what she looks like. She said ok and to pick her up from her place. She looks ok, and we go to the game.

She was touching me within 10 min of meeting, laughing, drinking from my cup. Conversation during the game is very comfortable, could have flowed a bit better. I didn’t say anything about future events, or I am in love, or she looked good, or let’s do this again, or anything like comic books, or video games, or dates, or ex boyfriends, or previous sex partners or whatever. Drop her off, hug, kiss. Text 3-4 days later, no response.

I’m starting to think I’m over estimating their interest level, or should I push for the sex a little more?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Could be loads of stuff. She sees another guy and got fed up with him so decided to take her chances with you, shes not attracted enough to date again, so better options. Could be that she was out for ONS and leave it at that (happened to me too several times), so other better options.

Could be that she's testing the waters right now with ignoring you (low interest).

Basically it could be anything but assume that her interest level is low. I got a girl I flaked on yesterday because im all in the cryptocurrencies and don't got time to date, she blowed up my phone (date 2 was supposed to happen) after I flaked 2 hours earlier to convince me too come over.

When they like you they will be clingy and needy too, so assume low interest, she wouldn't ignore you and risk losing you if she was all over you. Dead case until she texts you back and says something like ''hey how are you it was so fun!''

Just invited her out for lunch over the weekend. Nothing mind blowing or sexy or offensive.

You invited her, she didnt respond. She obviously died or chose not to reply back.

She also knows how to reach you in the future should she change her mind (and if you're still interested if she reaches out).

Next.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Difficult to say from the information you provided. However, if she didn't reply do not pursue further via text as you will seem needy. She got your message and didn't reply. She is not as into you as you thought. She was all over you to get your interest. She is likely seeing other men and did the same to them. If you meet her in person, you could ask if she wants to do something else sometime and if she says no to that drop it for good. Chase other women over her.

Why did you wait 3-4 days to text her after the date? She probably lost interest

Wait 2-3 days to text. Sosuave: Why did rush 2-3 days to text? Now she knows you have no options

I’m leaning that she has other options and that’s why she has chosen not to reply back or her interest level cooled down based off date1 and the text game.

On the date, I think she gave you some interest with the flirting/kino, how did you flirt back? We’re you receptive, fun cool all-around vibe? If you were standoff-ish she may have thought you had low-interest in her.

Also, how as the body language after that kiss? Many women will judge whether or not to accept a second date based off that kiss because they’re hamstring yay or nay chemistry between you two.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

A first date only went well if you get a second, and her actions back it up.

Your princess is in another castle.

When it comes to dating, second place is first loser. You need to come in first, and stay in first.

If it doesn't matter whether you win or lose, then why the f**k do they keep score?

Yeah I've had this a few times & then poof. Not specifically a hockey game but a big event (concert etc.) in general. I wouldn't recommend it as a first date. Next time invite a buddy to the game, he'd probably enjoy it more.

1st meet up is typically more relaxed and chill. Hockey games are for buddies & or gfs, maybe a plate?

I like to call it....1st date overkill?

Yeah I joined this site not too long ago. I don't know everyone else's stance on this. I'm a "move fast before another guy does" type of guy.

I stopped paying attention to "timing" rules long ago and have been much better for it. 3-4 days is pushing into an auto-reject territory from my experience unless she is REALLY interested in you.
