"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

So my bpd/npd ex sister just contacted me. Both of her sisters actually, they told me how there sister used to gaslight them and destroyed their self esteem. They told me they think my ex is a narcissist and Im like no ****! They knew everything about NPD and BPD...They told me about all the manipulative abusive **** she used to do. It was really refreshing to relate to two people that knew this woman quite well.

Our relationship was on the rocks but I was the one who pulled the trigger and decided to not work things out. Now she is going around telling everyone she broke up with me which isn't 100% true, we agreed to say it was a mutual breakup.

She told her sister "well I was the one who broke up with him. He's a ****ing idiot haha" Absolutely no remorse considering how good I was to her. We ended things on good terms and I went on with my life and started dating other hotter women without saying a single bad thing about her. Her sister also told me she continues to bash me on social media.

The idea that I was making love to a woman with no soul, that was mentally ill, for two years is kind of disturbing to me. Its a very creepy feeling that I can't quite describe. So for all you guys going through breakups that actually lost out on a a good woman, don't feel too bad...I would take being heartbroken by a good woman over being disgusted by a sick individual any day.

Im not even going to contact her and curse her out for the things she posted about me, she's not worth it.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Yes, it’s the realization that there was absolutely no love involved on her side regardless of what she said and told you.
It’s the same feeling that the victim of a good con job has. You feel played and wonder why you didn’t see it while it was happening…

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

@captain55

How many threads do you need to create before your open your eyes?

It is absolutely astounding that you have been here over 4 years, and from what I have observed, have learned very little... You will be better served by finding a desperate overweight woman on OLD and venting to her about your issues.

These women feed from the attention they generate via drama. It's best to ignore them.
