“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Also note @marmel75: that strength web site (thanks) says I'm in the 43 percentile for guys who weigh 215 and lift weights and self-report on that web site. This doesn't meant that 57% of men are stronger than me. It means 57% of body builders who weigh 215 and who are on that web site self report being stronger than me (while flexing in the bathroom mirror and texting Lance and Bruce).

That's like saying "She's an 7 compared to other 21 year old models", which means she is a 9 compared to the average woman on Earth.

I have a question for you guys. Do you think that maybe you can't test your 1RM is because you guys actually injured yourselves due to old age and/or wear & tear, or because your body has reached its physical max or damn near it? And if you were able to lift those numbers in your early 20s, do you think that you wouldn't have gotten injured or still likely simply because of the weight you're both pushing?
I suffered a broken neck at age 19-22, which "healed" (fused) on its own, and was discovered at age 36. I had played semi-pro Baseball at age 24-25 (leading an NABA team to a Championship and leading the team with a .351 batting average), and Basketball at age 26-27 (where I could two-hand jam), but an injury like that finishes you from being pro. That prevented me from gaining much muscle mass before encountering excruciating pain. Lately though I'm pain free.

Honestly you lost some weight but my God man...does your trainer have you lifting weights? I see no muscular progress at all...for 8 months if you have been lifting you need a new trainer...dead ass serious.
HEAVY....DROP.........SETS......... get to work. I'd say after six months of grueling workouts with a trainer, you shouldn't need him anymore. Should be able to find enough info online accurate a plan

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
fire your trainer if that took you 8 months. I am not saying that you can achieve what you did in 1 week but easily 2 months tops.

I'd take a look at your diet and training intensity and reassess .

Age is also a factor, depending on blood levels for serum test and DHT.

Also you are wrong, the body does not burn fat, then get rid of "toxins (wtf is that bull****)" and then add muscle. Your body is simultaneously burning fat/adding fat gaining or losing muscle depending on your diet and lifestyle .

The body is not systematic like that, it is dynamic.

@bigneil In programming terms, what @JohnChops is trying to say is the body is doing things Asynchronously, not synchronously...

Looking at it the way it really is helps.

First, these photos show the difference in 2 months.

Second, given that you don't know where I started 8 months ago, this statement is patently false.

BTW - I don't think anyone else has shown us their body.

Do you think you can take me in a fight? I'll bet you $1000 sight unseen I can take you.

Will you at least show us a photo of you with no shirt on?

Probably, I stopped fighting when I was in high school. Awesome. Good for you. I don't engage grown men in childish activities.

You already saw my leg, one of which probably has more muscle on it then your entire body. There is also a picture floating around on here of me with my shirt off and you can see some big traps and my back which sticks out like a pair of airplane wings on which you can count numerous individual muscles...go see how many individual muscles you can count on your back and let me know.

Just use those two pictures and imagine what the rest of me looks like. Use your imagination. You aren't even in my area code in this one brother--just stop trying. You have a minimum of 5 years of lifting heavy weights ahead of you to even have this discussion be serious. And when I mean heavy, its not 50 lb dumbbells.

He's a baby in it and needs to grow and develop. Nothing to feel bad about.

It's not but he needs to stop pretending he is some fitness king because he lost a few pounds. Good job on the weight loss but that's where it stops. The trainer should be fired, 8 months in should be a lot better results than that with muscularity.

Of course you won't engage. You're a 5'8" chunky little (and presumably, based on your male physique fantasies) bisexual. I'd laugh at you and you know it. I could hold you with one arm and do Three Stooges moves on you with my other arm. Go back to flexing in the bathroom mirror with Lance and Bruce.

Lol, must be nice living in fantasy land. You can try...probably would result in you geting picked up over my head walked aound and deposited in the nearest dumpster where you belong. Maybe I could use you for military presses first though.

What do you think, Gumby?
