Long story short - a girl chose to stay with her boyfriend instead of choosing me. Says she still thinks about me bla bla bla..

Despite not at all wanting it, I STILL hold a small amount of hope that she will change her mind / message me etc, even thought logically I know it's done. Still have to see her occasionally due to mutual friends/family.

I know this is not good and do not want this. I want to realise the reality fully and with that, be able to move forward and not have part of my mind still hoping/waiting for her.

How can you achieve this?

Find new women and start banging them. Exactly my point on how guys are lazy and would rather hope for something to happen with a girl they know nothing is going to happen with because they've already got their number/"invested time"...

Stop being lazy and go find new women. Its far easier than most guys think. You could have 2 new fvck buddies by the first week of September if you put in the work starting today.

im confused as to why you would bother investing hope in a chick with a man. It's as if, despite everything else that has to be overcome while you are attempting to attract a female you want to throw in the additional hurdle of her being with someone else, and having to lure her away. Not to mention if she can do that to him, she will do that to you.

Generally true. Attractive women will always have a number of dudes sniffing around them. A BF is simply the best of the sniffers at that particular moment. In the next moment it could be anyone. I do not let BFs discourage me... husbands and fiance's are a different story.
