Obviously, if a girl likes you enough, she will give you her number.... but what if a girl is on the fence about you?

Sometimes asking for a number will put the girl on guard. So Snapchat? FaceBook? I don't use social media because I don't want people to find out my real name until I'm ready to tell them myself about my criminal record, but that's besides the point.

As a side question, I met this girl on Tinder a few months ago when I was playing around going on Tinder in other countries. She's from the Philippines if I remember correctly. She told me she's visiting Orlando in October and wants to ****. She's only been with one guy in her whole life.

I just don't want to mess it up. I rarely talk to her, maybe once every 3 weeks just to say hi and so she doesn't completely forget about me.

This is true, sometimes it will. That should be her loss and not yours though. You should ask for numbers, it's a good test. If she doesn't give it you can be certain she's not interested and stop wasting your time on her. Asking for a number is a legit and normal thing to do in the dating game.
