(Note to readers: I've bedded about 40 women and ZERO were from the year I was born, or the year after). What did he do for a living? What is his salary? How much is the mortgage? What is his car payment? How much did his rich daddy chip in? Is that your point, that girls want a guy their age with a rich daddy? Ok, but only 1% will get that.
