“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

There's this woman I know, (in real life) through social circles. I kind of gotten to know her through parites she's invited me to her house with other people. She's done a lot of landscape work and takes pride in her home.

IN fact, she's such a neat freak, she has a "no clutter" policy. No joke, you walk into her place she makes you take off her shoes at the foyer at all times, this goes for everyone. Something about how your shoes have been EVERYWHERE...even men's restrooms when going to pee.

Anyway, we go out on our first date and....I THINK she likes me, but she kind of asks me questions if I know how to do things around the home. She said that lately she cannot do much of the landscaping by herself...and is needing help and that I'd be nice to have someone that could help her with that.

All I do is just mow the lawn and week wack at my place, that's it. lol. She has mostly a stone back yard, with a lot of border markers and fancy duds prettying up the back yard. She even put up plant towers. It might as well be arboretum quality.

She also has a pool and I was thinking (She looking for someone to clean her pool, too?LOL)

When she asked if know how to fix things,I go, "Why? You looking for a handyman or a husband?"

She just laughed, but it was kind of a serious that entered my head.

I was wondering if she was wondering she was wanting a man for utilitarian reasons as opposed to someone she actually could LIKE. She was making it rather obvious, too. And she was looking to marry, too.

Then the kicker she told me she cares nothing about looks...which kind of cinches it there that only a woman that doesn't care about looks would want a man that she could find useful as opposed to someone she'd love.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

IMO, she sounds anal, controlling and would tightly. Yes, there's pride in ownership, but she sounds like her pride sucks the fun and chill out of life. unless this is how you want to live with a female, who cares if she likes you or is looking for a handyman. Just say NO

When you're done with the yard and pool, she wants you to repair the roof:

She seems way too practical to be any fun. I don't see any butt sechs in your future with this ole girl!
