"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I know this girl quite long, she's a outgoing party type of chick.

I was in class with her for about 3 years and she knows that I was popular and pretty easy going with everyone at school. Spent some times in train rides home with her and we went out a couple of times with a mutual friend years ago. We danced, grinded once but nothing much happened.

Comfort *check
Rapport *check

However in the following ''DJing'' years I asked all her 3 best friends lmfao. Two of them declined my intentions on dating, I f8cked the third one and we dated twice. I somehow ended it myself because of another chick. This girl liked me because she drunk texted and drunk called me after the lay a couple of times, now she hates me. So keep this in mind, she knows I shoot dice with all kind of girls around for quite some years.

Now years later I shoot her a text out of the blue and we small talk a bit. The next day I ask her out and the convo goes like this.

Some texts about duhduhduh everything.. not interesting then the next day.

Me:Hey *name

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Is this post supposed to continue after "Her:"? I'm confused.

Anyways, having a player reputation is not a positive thing. It will work against you.

Not sure i understand the "duhduhduh." Was that her reply to you asking her out? Or is that your insert for her " blah blah blah," and not giving you a yes or a no?

You may have just next this one. If anything doesn't sound like there is any interest on her part

Maybe she knocked on OP's door while he was typing this :D

This is not always the case, in my experience. Some girls are fascinated by a "player" reputation. The key is to not talk about your own reputation. That will ruin it.

Me:Hey *name

*I was at work typing this and customers came in, ok let me finish

Her: Hey!
Me: Let's go out soon!
Her: Yes sounds fun!
Her: Only with you? Or we take *name with us (name is mutual friend we always went out with years ago)
Her: Or what did you have in mind?
Me: Before *mutual friend can join us months will pass lol (since he lives far away in Amsterdam)
Me: Just the two of us
Her: haha the two of us?
Her: where are you going to take me?
Me: Yes sure
Me: *name city is nice!
Her: never been there, lets change that, sounds cool.
Me: Aight what day works for you?

She is silent for almost 24 hours on that text, ignores me now.

The clue: I saw her having drinks with her friend I f8cked years ago, the one that drunk texted me at the time I was texting op girl the above... what to do?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

What do you mean what do you do?

You directly asked her out, let her know it was just the two of you (stating your intentions) and she bounced.

Dont do anything. Start working on another one. If she really had high IL she would have responded back. She probably has no interest and just went along with it until you put her out there to commit to a day.

Next......

He was apparently at work and he finished it by replying with quoting himself, probably because the edit function timed out.

I did not say always. To be clear I meant generally speaking, most of the time it's a disadvantage. Meaning a minority will be fascinated by it, but I'd say the diasadvantage outweighs the benefits.

What was she supposed to reply? She gets those type of lame ass texts all day long. She was hoping you'd have something interresting to say, but no...just the same as the other people texting her lame ass things.

Don't ever text a women "Hey name" unless you want the reply to be exactly what you just got.

Trying to get a date dude.

Ok enlighten me with your text book or texting advice... I am so curious rn.
Probably going to answer me with more negative talk without improving content on how to text..

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Typically I say something interesting and then ask a question. What you say that's interesting can be about anything...Typically NOT related to her.

Example: "Way too early in the day to be having to deal with this already...How's your morning going, name? As interesting as mine?"

I'm telling you the truth. Texting a chick "Hey name" is lame, and she gets those all day long.

To be honest that isn't even a great example, just something I came up with off the top of my head. But it sure as hell will work better than "Hey Name".

Then you volley a text or two back and forth and ask her out. Simple.
