"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

We had been arguing for a week, I went cold on her all weekend not speaking (we live together) because I was fed up of her rudeness. She finally apologises and we make up. We then have another row, make up again and she informs me she is going out clubbing with her single friend at the weekend (this is purely to make me jealous IMO). I then find out her friend has invited her BF who declined, but mine didn't ask. Kicked off about it and we broke up. Anyway, got a bird scheduled to come round this evening, do I do the deed?

Doing the deed this quickly may be too quick. Did you actually formally break the engagement? Did she return the ring? Did one of you move out?

Every time we break up she cries and stuff and I end up getting back with her. I figure by doing the deed there is no way she will want to and thus I won't be manipulated. She's moved out, haven't asked for the ring but I don't want it. It's f**ked where it's been thrown around by us both so much.

How about you get your head right and deal with your feelings before hooking up with another girl to make yourself feel better?

Its like taking Xanax instead of dealing with the issues in your head.

You never grow as a person until you handle the pain.

Trust me dude this chick is BPD. She will keep coming back unless I do something to get her to leave me alone for good.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

From what I've read so far on this thread, it seems you really don't want to be with this girl?

I am also getting this vibe. If this is the case, I wouldnt marry her. I mean truly think about that. Marrying her might be the worst decision youll ever make. You should never marry a girl unless you know for a fact it will be beneficial and last at least a long time. I would never marry someone if I had more than 2 arguments in the entire relationship. And those two arguments better be fvcking warranted. Trust me man. You can find someone better. There are girls out there who dont argue. There are girls out there that you would not have second thoughts about marrying. but please, be 100% sure you want to marry her.

Marry someone who loves to help you and makes your life better. Not just a great piece of a$$!

Are there not couples that have massive arguments, but love each other with an intense passion that other couples cannot match!?

There are. Overall these people help each other tremendously, they just fight and they probably always have makeup sex...

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Few and far between. There are more couples that fight and argue that hate each other but are too attached and scared to move on. Wouldn't base a life decision on outlier cases.

Ugh, this sounds INCREDIBLY draining! I'll take boring, reliable and compatible over volatile and "burning passion" like that, any day!

The crazy thing is, I would too any day of the week. I have too many other things in my life that I want to do to than being drained by a volatile relationship. And knowing my trust issues (which I am trying to work on), being in a relationship like that would be a fvcking bloody mess.
