What were your experiences and what has it taught you so far ?
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Wrong subforum but I can answer:What were your experiences and what has it taught you so far ?
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
There is no such thing as a friend zone escape Master. What happened to Michael Angelo Haha. Mastery? Don't think soWhat were your experiences and what has it taught you so far ?

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Disagree. Some women can make great friends. If they share your interests, why not?Don't keep women "friends". Female company is best when you are sexually intimate with them.
Women make awful friends. You give the same sort of value that you should be giving to plates.
It's easy... Just don't be one of her orbiters. Use scarcity, to increase your value.
The friendzone is for orbiters who are constantly in her face.
I learned this one in high school (1992), it wasn't until I walked away... Then, she finally wanted to kiss me.
The friendzone happens when she is your world.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Most of the time you don't even have to tell them, they already know.@Infern0 is correct. When you find yourself with a female friend and decide you want to start fvcking her, you have to back off. Wait for her to ask you why, then you tell her and vanish.
If she even reaches out to you again assume she wants to hook up and make it happen. If she doesn't then she was never interested. It's the only way. She has to know the only way she is going to get attention from you is if you are fvcking her...
