"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Should I feel weird about this?

Started talking to a chick that is 10 yrs younger than I am, she has a very good career (physicians assistant). Makes good money.

Went out twice and started smashing. She is divorced and also had a 4 month rebound with a guy.

It seems like the last few times we've gotten together, she comes over, we fvck and she takes off. Always asks "when can we do this again".

I've had plenty of fwbs in the past but it was really on my terms and not theirs. They were fwbs in hoping I would want more eventually but I never did.
Should I feel a little weird that this was sort of initiated by her (the fwb deal that it's become)??

Before you say it, I'm spinning other plates and have been the entire time.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

No...whats the problem? I don't understand when guys get exactly what they want---sex with no commitment and no BS from the woman as she is cool with it, and they still complain about something. Are you wanting a relationship or something? You have what every guy wants, what are you complaining about?

Not complaining at all. Just weird that I'm not the one initiating it or leading it.

Well in a way you are. You just don't realise it yet. You control when you do it again. You have the best of both worlds in your hands. Play your cards my friend. Play your cards.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

She might have her heart set on another guy, like an ex, that she isn't sleeping with. Or she may not see you as relationship material or simply not be interested in that, this point in her life. It can even be a fear of being hurt after the last relationship. If you want to get her attention, break your pattern of sleeping with her. If you sleep with her 2x a week, stop for 1-2 weeks using excuses that show you are busy but have not lost interest. Still touch base via phone or text for a few min, every so often. When you finally DO invite her to hang, she'll have worked herself up craving it over weeks and be eager to agree to anything. You then invite her out for something that couples would do, a date, or something romantic and then bang her after.

Yeah man you're being a little weird about this, just call her over when you want. Accept the fact she only wants to bone and roam. It's a good thing...

Just don't get attached or used to it.

The moment you do is when she will pull the rug from underneath you.

I don't recall feeling weird with the fwb and she intiated it. I guess more excited than anything else. I'd imagine the weirdness feeling will surpass. She was 10yrs younger than me as well and had a good job.

Just keep it simple, ride the wave like anything else. At one point mine wanted me to join her on a trip to some were, I forget. She had her own $$ so that wasn't the issue. I already made my plans for the summer and FWB's don't do vacation trips together. This kind of threw me off. Anyway, it went on for 7-8mo & then we just moved on.

No social media, an occasional beer or 2 or a ride on my bike. She always paid for herself if we went some where. Maybe 1-2x a mo? I think I bought her a beer 1x.
