More American women are more obese than ever
More American women are more obese than ever
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
If you can't pass a basic fitness test, you get ZERO government benefits of ANY KIND. No school, no public roads, no health care, etc..What are your commands to your people to reduce the obesity problem?
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
Give me any type of food in the world to eat, and I won't get fat eating it. Why? Because I'll check the calories and eat it responsiblyIt's fast food, it is gmo, it is hormone injected meat, and even fluoridated, water you drink.
After the famous "Super Size Me" documentary where the guy ate McDonalds every day for a month and cataloged his descent into metabolic syndrome, there was another guy, not nearly as famous, who ate Micky D's for a month and maintained his ripped physique.I'll maintain the same body fat on nothing but McDonalds. Doesn't matter
The Super Size Me guy dramatically increased his calorie intake when he switched to McDonalds. So is there really any surprise he gained weight? After the famous "Super Size Me" documentary where the guy ate McDonalds every day for a month and cataloged his descent into metabolic syndrome, there was another guy, not nearly as famous, who ate Micky D's for a month and maintained his ripped physique.
Naturally, that second guy is not nearly as famous as he promoted self-control and self-responsibility, two things most people loathe.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Banning all guns is bestA question I was thinking of recently - pretend you just got elected emperor and the world must bow to your ridiculous demands. What are your commands to your people to reduce the obesity problem?
I had the idea that we should first of all eliminate drive-throughs selling food. If your fat ass can't get out of your car, you don't need a Whopper that badly. Then, for every place that sells food, all we have to do is make the doors really narrow, so fat people can't fit through them.
Your fatGive me any type of food in the world to eat, and I won't get fat eating it. Why? Because I'll check the calories and eat it responsibly
I'll maintain the same body fat on nothing but McDonalds. Doesn't matter
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
I personally have little to no interest in about 90% of women I see that are my age. I wouldn't call it ED though, I'm just not interested unless they have attractive features and actually take care of themselvesI've never been with a fat woman because I have a form of ED that doesn't tolerate women without a basic female waist/hip ratio or more than a reasonable BF ratio, stopped trying in my 20s. It has served me well over the years, but obviously I'm an outlier given what I see out and about.

This guy ate McDonalds for a month and lost weight. It all depends on your lifestyle and choices.there was another guy, not nearly as famous, who ate Micky D's for a month and maintained his ripped physique.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
