This girl just got hired and from the moment we made eye contact, she's shamelessly flirting and giving massive IOIs. The problem is two-fold: 1) shes 19, and 2) Im attracted to her physically.

Is this a bad idea? Reasons why it's a bad idea:
1) i work with her
2) she also lives at home
3) she's messaging me on facebook way too often already
4) she's pretty young, likely not that emotionally mature, and probably not even good in bed.
5) Work is a close knit community. If i sleep with her and she gets attached, this could make me look like an a$$ who treats younger girls badly

She's basically throwing herself at me.

Personally I think this site is a little too harsh on dating/banging girls from work, as both me and my friends have done it with success in the past, and it's never come back to bite me or my friends at all. But that was when I worked in a very, very large office with tons of people and everyone dated everyone more or less. Plus, the girls were all college graduates so they were a little more mature.

Since you work in a close-knit community, and she's still a teenager, I think you'd instantly regret it after you finished up and she's lying naked in your bed eagerly making plans for your weekend together.

no she's like hitting me up constantly, saying how she wants to grab my a$$ at work, complimenting me constantly, super available. Im usually pretty good at this point at telling the difference between time-wasters and attention wh0res and real interest. Honestly, im fine with banging her, i just dont want some crazy little girl to fall for me and create drama. I'll screen her for a while before making any decisions. Shes a cool girl and we get along, im just being cautious. The days where im trying to sink into any piece of a$$ i can find are behind me. Too many men going down to STDs/Pregnancy/BPD girls

Since it's only a restaurant, you don't give a eff, and it seems as if you're willing to deal with the repercussions should things break bad, then have at it. My only questions are, if things do go bad and you get fired, do you plan in staying in that industry and how big is the city that you live in?
