"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Okay I know your probably sick of this Facebook malarkey ... But I have a question, I was seeing this girl around 6 weeks ago and everything seemed good but all of a sudden things just died off ... Maybe her ex was back on the scene.. Who knows. My question is the other day she posted something which I liked ... Didn't think nothing of it. Then today I put a few statuses on myself and she's liked all 3 .... I know nothing out the ordinary ... But in the 6 weeks previous I haven't heard off her nor has she liked any of my stuff ... So for her to do this all in one day, is this classed as Facebook flirting? I wouldn't mind getting things back on track with her as she's a cool chick ... But don't want too look a douche if she's not interested? I think she is - maybe things died down previously through lack of communication etc.... I'd like your thoughts and experiences on this situation? Or am I just looking too much into it?
Regards

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Should I just wait for her to initiate contact with me ... I'm pretty sure she still likes me.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Maybe...ask her out. Take action...either she will or won't...there is your answer...if she goes out....go for the kiss/sex.....there is your answer...if she won't then don't waste your time.

The thing is like I stated earlier ... I was seeing her meaning we were dating ...already had sex, but things died off ... And just recently started liking my statuses again... Don't want to look like I'm chasing.

How hard is it man? Do SOMETHING about it instead of sitting here making excuses not to. The worst that happens is that she says no, then you can move on and find better pvssy.
Thanks ruler, I'm not shy .. It's just that we've had something before and fizzled out ... But I still like her and I'm pretty sure she likes me, just don't want to look like a ****!

Okay not an ass but like I have no options .... Let me give you a brief explanation of what happened last time ... We'd been watching hunger games 1&2 at hers and I said I had the third movie so she's like right thats our Saturday night sorted .. Film and beers... To which she said she'd get the beers in and asked what I wanted etc.. Fast forward a few days and I got made redundant (no biggy, I'm now self employed) so I told her I'd been made redundant, she was asking questions why ... And I replied too much to explain via text I'll tell you tomorrow when I call round, a few hours later she replied by saying she's going to have too cancel ... Something to do with her ex and debts. I say okay cool, whatever. And that's where it began to fizzle out ... Now I know that it looks like she ceased contact due to having no job etc.. But it's not like I'm broke I have thousands in the bank I'm making more now than I ever did. I came too the conclusion it could of been any of these things:-
- no job
- her ex was back on the scene
-or she's genuinely not interested (doubtful considering she set the date up) and for it all to go t*** up within 48 hrs)

And haven't had no contact for 6 weeks ... Except for all those status likes off her yesterday. So this is where I'm at ....
Regards

Just ask her and don't look butt hurt if she says no. You are thinking to much.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

You're still on her radar and when you liked one of her FB posts she reciprocated the attention. In real life terms, you just looked at her and she looked back with a smile. So... stop hypothesizing and just go talk to her. The probably put more effort into this thread than you needed to hook up with her.
