So then the real fear is that ebola mutates and becomes aerosolized Super Ebola. It's far from my area of expertise, but that does not seem entirely unrealistic.
Hello Friend,

CDC? You mean the same organization that publishes bogus statistics, such as claims that 1 in 4 women are victims of sexual abuse? The same CDC that accidentally exposed lab technicians to anthrax?Tictac said:"This strain" has been stable for almost 50 years. CDC knows what strain this is. Watch the CDC statement on CNN or whatever your favorite news source is.
I wouldn't trust much published by the Daily Mail UK either, when on the website you posted there is a link to an article titled "There's still so much love there: Jennifer Lopez reacts to ex-boyfriend Diddy's glowing comments about her famous Booty"Bokanovsky said:CDC? I'm not sure I would put blind faith in everything that CDC says. As with any government bureaucracy, it's only a matter of time until they fvck up in a spectacular fashion.
The story can be independently verified with a google search (the one about anthrax, not Lopez's booty).jimmy18 said:I wouldn't trust much published by the Daily Mail UK either, when on the website you posted there is a link to an article titled "There's still so much love there: Jennifer Lopez reacts to ex-boyfriend Diddy's glowing comments about her famous Booty"
Or just close off the borders.Tictac said:So hide in your basements.
Everybody panic!

No to mention he's probably going to rack up a hospital bill in the 100's of thousands of dollars we'll be paying for. He shouldn't have a sister already here to have any reason to 'visit' in the first place. Letting Africans or any other 3rd worlders in the country has win written all over it . It's not unlike gays and HIV (which was transported out of Africa btw) and the gay promotion agenda. Move along nothing to see here.Danger said:Not true.

You can also get it just by cleaning up after someone, or if a little vomit splatter gets on you and gets to your eyes, nose, etc,...
TicTac,
Nobody is saying to panic, but the stupid decisions HAVE to stop.
We have a man from Ghana, living in Liberia, who has no job yet has a sister living the US, and we let him into the country?
Seriously, wtf? Not only was he an ebola risk, but it was obvious he was an illegal immigrant risk. And he was granted a Visa!!
Apparently it is more important to let the illegals in than it is to protect from the spreading of a huge health risk.

Somehow I'm guessing Bathhouse Barry and his handlers won't be doing that.
Too late. Med companies that deal with this are already up. Airlines are already down. Markets tend to move way before internet forum chatter.crazyboy said:do to people fear and ignorance its good time by stock in those companies that hurting right now from this. Then once this is over you going make nice little change back.
Anyway you want to twist it, even westerns who understand hygiene and prevention are getting infected who come in contact with people with ebola.Special EDy said:It can be transmitted through bodily fluids because the afflicted start hemorrhaging blood, this includes the skin and mouth.
The virus cannot survive outside of blood. It can live for several hours in dried blood and up to several weeks in dead tissue.
It isnt highly contagious, but it is highly infectious. Its only a problem in countries with extremely poor medical facilities and an ignorant population.
[Dr.]Snyderman said journalists in Liberia carry thermometers for regularly taking their temperatures and observe such precautions as avoiding handshakes and hugs, as well as washing their hands with diluted bleach and water and dipping their feet into bleach solution before entering hotels or other public places.
She said she wore a biohazard suit recently when visiting an Ebola ward, and was helped out of it afterward by two nurses who "meticulously" removed the suit from her body.
"Obviously zero risk means never coming to Liberia," she said.
