Its also pretty much considered untrue. While it might be something you read in a magazine, do a little reading on it and youll find that assuming you keep your water intake high enough caffeine and creatine is not a neutralizing combination
I am using CEE, recently I tried taking just 3g after a workout but didnt like it. I'm thinking of switching to 3g before and 1 or 2 grams after.
I should add that there is a considerable amount variation on how one effectively uses creatine. The above would not necessarily be agreed upon...
For the most part stick with complex carbs, and to be honest I would make that recommendation to anyone...with an exception being for some fruit. The real things to avoid are processed sugary foods and anything with High Fructose Corn syrup. (But dont freak if you eat a snickers ;) lol)
For...
I think you've got a really good start there.
On day one: are you sticking only with flat bench? There is a school of thought that lots of flat bench pressing especially with an elbows out style many use puts the trainer at a much higher risk of chest or shoulder injury, and I am right in...
Four sounds a bit high, but to be honest Im not really sure what should really constitute as high. That said, if you're eating more...well I'm sure you can conclude the obvious
Remember, its just protein. your question was very legitimate though and I hope the immaturity on this board wont deter you from further research. Also Im sorry for all the nonsense, it seems on this board you get 10 responses of useless bandwidth for any 1 you get that is half decent.
Yea that is definately a good alternative. You do need a pretty good blended to blend those oats, so I use a food processor instead which seems better suited for the job then my cheap blender. It definately saves a lot of money too
For me the easiest way to tell is by seeing the abs, but I would place you around 8 to 10. That said there are a lot of shadows that tend to make you look a little more ripped. 10% is the high estimate. Youre definately no where near as high as 15 though

as far as your squatting problem, I would make a very common suggestion: drop weight and fix form.
deadlifting leaves my shins sore and hack style deads left a really nasty bruise on one of my calves about a week ago. It happens but you get used to it.
Your waist can gain size like any other area of your body. It could be muscle gain from squats and deadlifts, it could be water and fat gain too...most likely a combination. I know my waist has definately thickened over the years (nothing drastic) to help my body support itself during squats and...
well no, companies are not dumping steroids into supplements, and you cant really talk about steroids like they are all the same. They are chemically similar but not identical and do not all have the same positive and/or negative impacts on the body. For example , testosterone (above approx 200...
I think fatality makes a good point. to be honest i was wondering IF inmates really do get that big. I cant say with any confidence either way. If they do then its becuase they are working outside the system to get food, but more than likely to get drugs
that one pepsi isnt going to make any significant impact on muscle or fat.
if youre eating carbs before bed stick w/ low GI carbs, they are not wastes of calories...i really dont know what you mean by that. calories dont just burn because you eat them...otherwise no one would be over weight.
No ephedra has always been available as psuedoephedrine in medicine and continues to be available for asthma relief. this is a really olllllddd thread. recently the supreme court has decided that the ephedra ban was unconstitutional (though i really should read the opinion before i say any more...
I have never heard of that brand before. It looks like a basic casein protein which is good during the day but most prefer whey post workout.
definately check out www.trueprotein.com and www.trueproteincanada.com (true protein canada) to see which site ships to you cheapest. Look into...
honestly overall my joints arent that great, and ive never had a problem. if you keep good form you should probably be alright. unfortunately its hard to say unless you try. just make sure you have good form but yea squats are great. if they do cause problems leg presses are still a good alternative
Im confident in my definition but i can clarify if needed
Especially w/ a set of something like 20 rep squats, it can be hard to judge where you are going to fall in the rep range w/ a specific weight. this is even more true for someone with no experience with them. my point was simply do not...
