Delete her number, off facebook, block her on facebook, delete/remove anything related to her and don't talk about her. It's the only way man, the more you think about her, the harder its going to be. Keep yourself busy too.

Just tell her how you feel, communication is key. Don't keylog her conversations, you will regret it. Your never gonna be able to fully trust her again after that and your gonna worry a million times more if you do. She sounds like a girl worth keeping around, so just trust her.
