Interesting, I have the same frame as him. Seems like a cool guy too, I imagine he has women flocking all around him. :)

My same thoughts...

His diet is real good too, as for sups that's all I really use nowadays is whey protein, fish oil, simple carbs also.

Good stuff....I hope all these people who are training to look great for themselves first and women second, see this and realize training like a bodybuilder gets them there the fastest.

He had lots of compound movements + isolation work. Which is money $$$$.

As far as women, yes he gets female attention but he told me he has to dumb himself down time to time to be able to stand the hot stupid girls who only talk about nails and tanning.
