My mulit is time released and has 50mgs of Zinc (GNC Mega Men) I also take ZMA at night (30mgs) which brings me up to 80mgs of zinc per day, is this to much zinc? I have noticed taking high levels has improved my skin, but is it safe to take that much consistently?

That reminds me. I had a dream right before i woke up this morning that my hot first cousin was kissing me.

I am a dirty pervert. I haven't even see this cousin for like 3 years. Thanks, ZMA. Just kidding, i see nothing wrong with cousin dating. Our culture is silly.


Most americans are deficient in zinc and magnesium, especially athletes. I sleep better taking it and i like the dreams. They aren't bad ones. Weird yes, but not bad. Might as well enjoy my time while sleeping.

I enjoy bad dreams, call me crazy, but dreams of any kind are a treat. Most of mine are complex and so real that I wake up and I remember doing things in the dream as if I did them in real life.
