To keep things concise, let me just say this...

For those of you who don't find your voice to be all that "empowered" (as fingers would say), when you talk, every sentence, make it a point to speak clearly and loud enough. Even if it takes an extra second or two to give an answer and fill your lungs, you will see results soon enough. Just don't hesitate to slow things down in conversation and express yourself just how you want to.
