I think frayzer said it well. I would also add that you have to be clear in yourself and with your intentions with others.

If you are getting into bed with some chick and not having sex what message does that put across. Just don't get in bed with her if you know what might go down. I know some guys who use that as game ONLY to make her try harder that evening so that he easily smashes it.

Call her and ask her out again. This will give you a true gauge of her interest level.

If she mentions facebook, just tell her you only accept friends and family.

Good advice here. Except don't add her on facebook... and don't use the excuse that you only accept friends/family. Just hide your profile from the public and tell her you're never on it/forgot your password/are tired of selfie-taking AWs/etc.
