Your thoughts, does the city really matter that much?

I know we have this discussion of what city is good for men and which one isn't but do you think it really matters all that much as long as it is a big city?

Are guys just using the city as a cop out or is it legitimately that big of a difference?

People can & do use their city as a cop out. Gotta work with what you got--and every single guy on this forum can be doing better than they're doing now. But location & logistics will definitely impact how consistently you can pull top shelf. But if you're doing well in small town, nowhere, you can kill it anywhere.

Just comes down to demographics. A guy in SoCal or the right part of say, AZ or NYC will be pulling hotter girls and be able to put in way more volume.

I currently live in a 2nd or 3rd tier city. So I put in a lot more legwork than most guys would be willing/able to to find the kind of women I like. And moving cities is high on my list of personal priorities. Living in the suburbs or the country or in a city with no colleges? Your ceiling won't be that high; find it & move on.

There's absolutely no substitute for choice, in any respect.

I settled in London England for the last 15 years; arguably the capital city of the industrialised world, with some 8-9 million people. I always remember coming back from having visited my provincial home town that has a population of approx 250K. There are always more hot women in London; as soon as you arrive back and get off the train, you notice it. It's pure numbers is all.

It is worth thinking about population/ethnic demographics though. Think about what, if any ethnicity attracts you. For example, I plan to live in Manchester at some point, because I like the city (smaller, but similar vibe to London) and there are 2-3 generations of Spanish-Italians there. Some of the Anglo-Latin mixed girls are among the most beautiful you'll ever see, plus they have the more traditional, laid back Northern temperament; the perfect combination

Yes, my friend lives in Atlanta-downtown- Buckhead and he kills it simply because there's so many single young women in that part of the city that moved from elsewhere after college.

I think you're asking does the city life matter on your dating life. Yes. More options, more chances, more opportunities.

However, no number or opportunities will replace "game". You have to act and be good.

Only way à city can help is about increasing your numbers of chances but you have to take them

Most guys who are pulling hot girls in small town are able to do it because of social circle game, growing up with those girls, and having those girls on a leash from outsiders. The same guys will struggle with online dating and cold approach because they never really had to do it before in their lives.

It's a cop out. Love the advice on here that tells guys "Location matters. Pack up everything you have, say goodbye to all your friends, relatives and exs and move to a brand new city where you know no one and have no connections, but there are more girls."

Yeah, because all the girls are just waiting for us to arrive so their lives can be complete.

I have heard people there are laid back about age, think it's worth it to live there and run game if you are over the age of 30?

Agreed that social circle rules the roost in those areas & there are all types of obstacles to overcome. But if you can pull girls there, without having grown up with them, the city is hella easy by comparison.

if you've mastered the cold approach that's sound advice. there's like 100 guys in the world who've mastered the cold approach though.

Go to the city there are more girls up here and you can get away with ****ing around a lot more. For example my friend and I started a YouTube Ch and we went to the mall, schools, the crowded stress of the night city life. That being said I grew up in a small town of 600 people and I have to say it is much better in the city you have so many options! Its also amazing because there are normally high populated areas that you don't go to this is a great location for getting used to talking to girls and ****ing up. Its 100% better in my option.
