"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Well I am a Don Juan. I got my **** together, and I am pimpin. I am good. Just a little patient, and sometimes, emo, but that's life for you.

But I have a problem with my situation.

I just moved, and I am doing fine meeting new people, but my situation sucks.

My mom is over protective as hell, and that's a big problem, a know. I don't really hang with anyone atm. I don't know why.

I have too much damn homework.

I am only 15, so I can't drive.

Kind of low income, even though I am not all 'gangsta' from the hood or anything.

I just have a somewhat bad situation. Plus I need some social training, from my days of no life, back when my parents lived my life for me.

Damn I love to rant.

Does anyone feel as if there situation is holding them back?

I mean I would be great, if only my siituation was better.

I feel like I need to complain, even though I know people have it lot's worse in third world countries.

Does anyone feel the same as me?

If you do drop me a line, or if anyone went through this, please tell me how you got over it.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

People will say you are just making excuses for yourself, and you should forget about it and do your **** anyway..

But I kind of know what you mean. My parents always patronized me (still do) when I did things like say please or thank you, or show enthusiasm about things. Especially the latter, so now I come of as indecisive and quiet sometimes because of that. You're on the right track, pinpoint your problems, pinpoint the reason, overcome it and work to retrain your mind.

Speaking of training, you need to get your parents trained ASAP. :D Mine used to be terribly overprotective like that, and wouldn't do anything for me, but get them trained right and they'll do anything for you and stop being overprotective. Retrain their mind too. The earlier the better on this one, you can't teach an old dog new tricks, otherwise you might just have to find new ones and get them trained.:p

Guess I am on the right track then. I moved out of my intolerent stepmom's house, into my over protective, mom's house, but I can usually get around that.

I guess I know what my problem's are, just need to fix them. I need more patience.

She wants to meet everyone that I am going to go do stuff with.

Like I don't want her to be too nosy, because I will obviously be partying, and hooking up wiht girls, and she can't know anyhing about that, because she is very much like a 10 year old girl in regard to hooking up with some one. Don't ask, but I still have to give her advice about this one guy she has a crush on. You know, the giggling girl. lol. It's cool, but still, she doesn't want me to do anything, 'Bad'.

I don't think there are any parents alive that want you to actually do something 'bad'.

I assume you are still at school? Do unplanned things after school, or at least don't tell her about them until its too late. Like when school finishes text her (easier than listening to her on the phone, if you can) and say you won't be home for a while because you are doing stuff. Don't let her get info from you, keep saying you are busy.

When you get home, reveal what you did (if it was harmless) and that you were with people she didn't know. Once you do this a few times you'll be able to start being able to get away on weekends and when she asks who you are with, you can simply reply 'someone you don't know'.

I know it sounds a bit weird, but you really do have to train your parents properly. :D

My parents are overprotective too. I try to treat them with respect and get good grades so they'lll cut me a little slack when I wanna go out...(if I had it my way, I'd be going out AT LEAST ONCE every weekend).

Just gotta play with what you've got. Make the most outta things, ya know...

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Yeah that's true. I do anything I can get away with, and eventually, I should be at a satisfactory level of getting away with stuff, then I hsould be satisfied. I don't want to "Rebel" just some freedom.
