"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I want to begin by first disclaiming that this post is not about bashing women but to talk about our perception of them.

1. How has your perception changed as you slept with more women?
2. As your experience increased, how much more confident do you guys feel about dealing with games and challenges from women?

1. As for myself: I have to admit that I started out as an extreme AFC who idealized women and relationship. I have dated 13 women in my life and slept with 5 of them. When I got married at 28, my wife happened to be my 3rd. Since my marriage ended, I have slept with two more women. At this point in my life, I am beginning to see a small shift in my perception of them. I definitely do not idealize women now.
2. I have to admit that now that I have slept with more women I have become more confident but I still have a long way to go about maintaining respect and dealing with the head games that some women play.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

When I was new at this I had a high opinion of women. I saw beautiful women walking around and I saw angels that deserved to be treated with respect, dignity, admiration and care. I saw them as pure.

Now I see women for what they really are which is polluted walking vaginas, treacherous, good only for sex but never marriage, never take them too seriously they are just for fun and dating that's all.

I don't know why guys tend to idealize women. Everything in this world is flawed, why should women be any different?

On the other hand, doing the opposite of idealizing them, saying they are all treacherous devils is wrong too. I do think all women have the treacherous devil inside of them that could come out any time, but I would say the same about men. The whole world is flawed, it isn't just women.

I don't mean any of that to sound negative either. It is what it is, you deal with it, and make it the best it can be.

Very well written Zekko... My perspectives are very similar to this.

When I was 18-19 I was very shy about girls, etc. A lot has happened since then that have drastically changed my view point. I have a fairly non-conventional viewpoint as my life experience is quite non-conventional compared to most people my age. I am currently an RN (a female-dominated profession, albeit not as much in my area of specialization). I also spent 3.5 years of my life during university as a male entertainer. I've done hundreds of revues/stagettes, etc.

Working in the fast-paced life and death world of critical care and also in the male entertainment industry has given me fairly polar opposing view points on women (and human society) for that matter. On one hand you have dirty "rats" as we call em... basically your 20-something drunk/drugged up skank who's willing to give you a throatjob in her car while she leaves her AFC husband home w/ the kid so she can come out and "party with the strippers"... I've seen this happen countless times. There's much crazier stories of girls wanting trains ran on them, etc... etc...

On the other hand I've worked codes (cardiorespiratory arrest situations requiring emergency cardiac/physiological management) with female MDs and RNs where their expertise, training and dedication basically saved someone's life. I've met many female critical care RNs who have outstanding clinical skills and expertise. I use them to learn so I can further my own career and also provide better care for my patients. I've assisted many female critical care docs with procedures. Overall they're great to work with and you learn a lot about say something like cardiovascular management of a hemodynamically unstable septic patient during a bronchoscopy.

My point here is that over time I have grown to see women as people... some are currently "good/desirable", some are currently "bad/undesirable", as can be said for men. Fortunately there is potential in all of us, men and women. I personally think true happiness lies in optimizing this potential in service to society.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
