If you saw a few honeys were your neighbors in the apts, would you have balls enough to knock on their door and ask them what's up. You see, I might do it if I know of a party that's happening in the area and tell them about it, but...

I have the main floor and basement of a duplex and theres a 30+ MILF living above me.

On the first Friday night since I made the move, I introduced myself and bought her a cheap bottle of wine as a friendy jesture. A girl usually knows within 5 minutes of meeting you if your bedroom material and she had that look in her eye.

If nothing more, it's a friendly jesture and possibly a BJ.

My best advice, it to plan a party and walk the halls to meet people and invite them over. Soon you'll be the most popular guy around.

why don't you start a party and invite them (and others) to join, then you start to talk to them; if they come, you're the host and they'd at least be polite enough to talk to you!.

Plus it's a new apt and I don't want to f()ck it up.
